2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refund Process

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, pickup will be arranged (if applicable).

  4. After product inspection, refund will be processed.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred to the provided bank account or UPI ID.

Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any charges.

  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may request a return after delivery (subject to approval).
